Second Day

When you wake up drink a glass of water and the juice of half an orange
Breakfast: a cup of herbal tea with honey
Snack:juice of one orange and one lemon
Lunch: a cup of vegetable juice
Snack: a cup of herbal tea with honey
Dinner: apple puree
Snack: cup diuretic tea with honey

Third Day

When you wake up drink a cup of herbal tea with honey
Breakfast: a cup of yogurt and banana puree
Snack: a glass of grapefruit juice
Lunch: a cup of vegetable juice and juice of two oranges
Snack: a cup of herbal tea with honey
Dinner: a cup of herbal tea

Tips:

  • To keep the lost weight after you apply the moon diet is better to make gradual power with a light menu.
