The diet with carrots is used to weight loss and purifying the body.

Carrots are rich in carotene substance, which cleanses the body and strengthens its functions and are excellent for the immune system. Content of beta carotene carrots are second only to red peppers.

Snacks:

  • Glass of fresh carrot juice or milkshake with carrots as the ratio of milk to carrot juice is about 1 to 3 , ( or )
  • Salad with grated 2-4 medium carrots with lemon juice.

Lunch:

  • Toasted bread and salad with finely shredded 3-4 carrots, 1 tomato , seasoned with salt and pepper to taste;

  • Cup of cooked brown rice, mixed up with yogurt and optionally one raw carrot.

Another Menu diet with carrots, which recommends:

4-5 times a day to eat one serving of raw shredded 1-2 carrots, seasoned with freshly squeezed lemon juice. Optionally, you can add a little honey, but that the total amount per day should not exceed 1 tbsp.

Each serving of carrots can be added and a fresh fruit: apple, kiwi, grapefruit, orange. Apple can be grated and mixed with carrots and can be eaten separately. Instead of the last portion of carrots per day can eat a grapefruit.

It is advisable to drink as much as possible mineral water and tea (green or herbal), but without sugar.
