Between meals snacking can mixed nuts (almonds, hazelnuts, kishu, sunflower seeds) – they contain a lot of vitamin E. You can eat chocolate and dark, but no more than one block.
Drink at least 2 liters of water per day, as well as green tea without restriction.
Day One:
Breakfast: Oatmeal (cooked in water) on top put some strawberries and raspberries.
Lunch: lentil soup.
Dinner: Baked cod fillets, garnish broccoli and roasted zucchini.
Day Two
Breakfast: Oatmeal (cooked in water), add the blueberries and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon.
Lunch: Grilled chicken and vegetable soup.
Dinner: Baked salmon garnished with salad as desired.
Day Three
Breakfast: Oatmeal (cooked in water), add the blueberries and blackberries.
Lunch: Sushi with paddy rice.
Dinner: Fillet of tuna salad.
Day Four
Breakfast: Egg omelet with soy milk, 2 toast.
Lunch: tuna loins and roasted sweet potatoes.
Dinner: Baked cod fillets, garnish green beans and salad.
Day Five:
Breakfast: Egg omelet with soy milk, 2 toast.
Lunch: tuna loins and roasted sweet potatoes.
Dinner: Spicy salad with shrimps, fresh vegetables, ginger, black pepper and cayenne pepper.
